THE ROTARY Club of Madras, in association with ICICI Home Loans is organising a four-day property fair, "Prop World", from October 2 to 5, at Rajah Muthiah Hall, between 10 a.m. and 8.30 p.m.
On offer will be more than 9000 properties, and this year, over 40 builders from Chennai and Bangalore will participate.
P. Suresh, chairman, Prop World, says Mogappair, Medavakkam and Tambaram are ideal for those who wish to buy a property in the suburbs. The rates in these areas are lower compared to properties within the city limits.
The Rotary Club will use the funds raised during the fair for education and vocational training of the inmates of Boys Town (Gummidipoondi and Selaiyur) run by the club. Apart from this, the Club's ongoing temple tank cleaning project in the city will also benefit Chennai-ites.
