The Kebab and Biryani Festival in Hotel Green Park is right here to set all your palates afire! The mega fare is being set amidst a Hyderabadi village ambience at the open-air lawns of the hotel 'The Meadows'.
The choicest of authentic Hyderabadi biryanis along with kebabs, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, are cooked right on the spot, filling the place with exotic aroma and flavour.
Among the fresh, succulent and mouthwatering kebab preparations are chutney murgh kebab, achari murgh kebab, juicy machli sheek kebab, achari murgh tikka, shahi paneer tikka and many more.
Steaming hot biryanis like chicken dum biryani, kachhi gosht ki biryani and an array of authentic parathas fill the whole atmosphere with a Hyderabadi fusion of aroma and taste.
Old Kishore Kumar hits along with kebabs and biryanis are an ideal combination on a tranquil night when the mood is relaxed and the ambience is soothing. Green Park's popular in-house band `Rhythm and Taal' churns out the all-time hit numbers in rapid succession. Lots of prizes and gifts are there for the enthusiastic dancers and fun lovers.
Wrapping up the traditional fare are popular desserts like jaggery jilebi, gulab jamun, rasmalai and ice creams. Vizagites are treated to an `eat as much as you can' array of kebabs and biryanis.
The festival will be on till Wednesday.
